Joanne is a passionate individual who strives to benefit and improve the lives of veterans. She has cultivated a community of volunteers who surround her farm with good intentions and the necessary assistance to maintain the farm and attain her inspirational goals.
In 2014, Joanne Purchased a 16 acre lot in Aurora, Oregon. Now, after 40 years as a hairdresser, she is transforming her farm into a communal center for events and a refuge for veterans to reconnect with the world.
